In the very recent survey by The Dialogue India, a leading News Magazine of Delhi, Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) is rated the Top Management Colleges in Haryana for which they presented an award at a function held in Delhi very recently( on 28th May, 2016). And the award was presented by Smt. Kiran Kher, Member Parliament, a matter of pride for us.

PIET, which has the approval of AICTE, Govt. of India, is a well known name in Haryana, Delhi NCR and North India, as a college of repute under the flagship of Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra. On one of the occasions the Dean of Colleges, Kurukshetra University said,

“PIET is the BEST private funded colleges amongst so many institutes affiliated to Kurukashetra University, Kurukshetra and it is so because the management here is not business oriented but target oriented and the target for a college is to impart quality education and encourage and reward talent which was visible to all in the vicinity from Kurukshetra to Delhi NCR. As a result of this attitude the students from alien schools and colleges are being rewarded here fabulously……”Dean of Colleges, Kurukshetra University

We have already come a long way from the imaginary world of Charles Dickens into the era of management. Management means doing the things in a conceived way ordered moved, seconded, carried, and minuted in clean, carpeted, warmed and well-lighted offices, by quiet men with white collars and cut fingernails and smooth-shaven cheeks who do not need to raise their voices. This is what we provide here for making the best Managers, a set of nicely raised buildings with an air-conditioned set of spacious and well lighted class rooms elegantly furnished. Of course there is a big book library with around 50,000 books supported by a digital library because studying is the right way to attain managerial traits. For those who commute we have a full fledged and well organized efficient transport system for the students between Delhi and Kurukshetra on the G T Road, Hissar, Rohtak, Jind, Gohana, Radaur, Shamli etc for the way side routes and of course covering all the 80 odd villages of Panipat Distt. For others who come from J&K, North East, Assam, Central India, Eastern states, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh etc, hostel facility (AC or air-cooled) for boys and girls is available with homely comforts. If all this is happening, food facility is existent by default.

The infrastructure we are talking about is spread over a vast 16 acre span. And to enrich the students with knowledge, belief and confidence a full fledged team of highly competent teachers is guiding the young minds. The faculty team is equipped with latest methodology and strongly believes in the concept of John C. Maxwell,

“Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate them.”
John C. Maxwell

The torch bearers able to surface the unique talents of their wards to make them grow into effective leaders enabling them to work the way they are born to do. It is done through class room lectures supported by guest lectures from within the country as well as international seminars. These seminars have been made possible due to the global tie-ups and student/faculty exchange programs PIET has developed over the years with universities of Singapore, Sweden, Holland, Germany, UK and USA to name a few.

And of course there is a 3000+ capacity amphitheater which provides them ample opportunities to exhibit their inherent and attained skills during the year by not only participating in shows but also managing and coordinating the same, while teachers only play the support role from behind the curtains.

Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) is the Top Management Colleges in Haryana which provides opportunities for the students to meet the galaxy of renowned celebrities like Kapil Sharma, Neha Kakkar, Badshah and so many more, who have graced the stage year after year.
