What After B.Tech? MBA or M.Tech

Many of us seem to be caught in the horns of the dilemma where we are not sure which way to take after we complete our Bachelors in Technology. The dilemma usually is between M.Tech and MBA and certainly most opt for M.Tech as it is a high cadre qualification. If you are only a B.Tech it would apparently take years of experience for you to reach to such a position. M.Tech is what makes you a specialist in your work area and gives you an edge over others with Bachelors degrees. It even makes you eligible as a teacher.

However the dilemma does not finish here. The aspirants are again caught in two opposite directions namely industry or teaching. Whatever be the choice, one main thing is to take up a challenging project in the final year. This would be your biggest strength in getting a job, whichever sector. You then stand a big chance to work with with research-based projects in Govt. organizations like BARC, ISRO or NTPC.
It is also advisable to master communication skills which could help you to get employment with government run institutes as they are always looking for good teachers. And for acquiring this entire one must choose a good college.
