At the end of April I chanced to visit PANIPAT INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, which is rated Top Engineering colleges in Haryana, Top institutions in Delhi NCR.  This college is situated at 70 mile stone on NH1. This is affiliated to the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, one of the top Universities of North India, and approved by AICTE, Govt. of India. And the very special thing about it is the rural/urban population combination. The reason for my visit was to attend their talent hunt event by the name of PIET QUEST 2K15 and to satiate my curiosity as to why people talk about this college so high. The other part of attraction was the presence of His Excellency Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, The Governor Haryana and Punjab as distinguished guest, who said in his address,

“On visiting this institute I felt a sense of pride and satisfaction looking at the facilities provided to students for their uplift, which reflects a spirit of dedication to education on part of the management. The words of such an elite person would definitely were not without a base. The vast college campus gives a feeling of being at a world level Institute. The ichnography, a green ambient, neat, clean and hygienic cafeterias, well furnished comfortable hostels for boys and girls, a score computer labs with 1000 computers, internet & WI-FI, AC class rooms with smart class aids, ATM facility, a self sufficient stationery shop etc.

Blood Donation Camp at PIET - Making the Upright Citizens

In its endeavor to reach out to society at large for a pure social cause, PANIPAT INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (PIET) which is affiliated to the Kurukshetra University and approved by AICTE; Govt. of India, a name which is on top of the list these days for best placements in Delhi NCR Haryana, organized a blood donation camp on 6^th April in corroboration with The Rotaract Club of Panipat Central.

The camp was inaugurated jointly by Rtn. Rajesh Jain, President Rotary Panipat and Mr. Rakesh Tayal, Member Secretary, PANIPAT INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (PIET), who were the first donors to set the wheels rolling. The force behind this important event has Best Placements in Haryana been Rotaract President Prince Verma (A student of PIET BBA stream), Rotaract Secretary ANURAG Tayal and Project chairperson Nishant Goel.
