The role of faculty team is laudable to produce a class of technocrats who are confident, capable and trustworthy in all aspects. Teachers use their acquired knowledge and are further enriched with the help of latest methods of teaching which are procured from universities of developed countries. Needless to mention, we have students exchange programmes with the universities of USA, UK, Germany, Holland, Sweden and Singapore etc. This strong bondage is an added advantage to the aspirants providing them exposure to international workshops. However, international seminars are a routine once or twice a year depending upon the availability of expert speakers.On one of such occasions Prof. Bob Mathur, who is in charge for Capital Projects and Project Controls in the USA, shared his experiences with the budding engineers not only as a teacher at The Beijing University of China but also as a student while studying in countries like Germany apart from India as well as his working experiences in the countries of Germany, England, Holland and the USA.
