In another such seminar the elite guest of the day, Mr. Vijay Kumar, IES, from the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India said that the infrastructure and managerial systems of Panipat Institute of Engineering Technology are the ones which he had seen in some of the universities of advanced countries.
