At one of the very elite functions held at Delhi on 19th May, 2018 by the management of The Dialogue India, a leading magazine of the capital, where I was also an invited guest, it was heartening to see that education now is being weighed and compared at various parameters. It was an assembly of the educational institutes who were to be rewarded as ‘the best’ basis some surveys conducted by the media, which takes a couple of months.
